By accessing slavas.dev or using any services offered through it, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Slavas ("I", "me") offers freelance full-stack development services including but not limited to web applications, mobile apps, bots, automations, and integrations. The scope and terms of each project are agreed upon individually before work begins.
The "Buy me a coffee" feature on slavas.dev allows visitors to send a voluntary tip as an appreciation for my work. These payments are entirely optional, non-refundable, and do not constitute payment for a specific service or deliverable. Tips do not create any contractual obligation on my part.
The Client Portal is a private area accessible only to active clients. Access credentials are provided personally and must not be shared with third parties. I reserve the right to revoke access at any time.
Payment terms for development services are agreed upon in a separate contract or invoice. All payments are processed through Stripe. In the event of a dispute, I will work in good faith to reach a fair resolution. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in termination of services.
All content on slavas.dev, including design, code, and text, is the intellectual property of Slavas unless otherwise stated. Upon full payment for a project, the client receives agreed ownership or license rights as specified in the project agreement. I reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
I provide services and this website on an "as is" basis. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of slavas.dev or services provided. My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
I treat all client information and project details as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with reasonable notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly. I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at my discretion.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of slavas.dev after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
